  • HMO or PPO Medical Plan (Blue Cross)
  • PPO Dental Plan (Blue Cross)

  • Life Insurance (1 year salary benefit with additional available)
  • Current Employee contribution ranges from $15.00 to $35.00 per payday (every two  weeks) depending on plan selected
